  I was going to reply to this business on Facebook, but seeing how they have now blocked me for kindly (never rude, or snarky like them) voicing my concerns to them, I will leave this here. I visited this location with my sister June 23rd 2018. I did not like my experience at all as you can see in my original FB post. Instead of apologizing, they have made up DHEC policies instead of just saying "it is our house rule, we are sorry for how u were talked to." Also after my review went up, a strange amount of employee and random people began reviewing this location, which seemed sketchy at best considering I was maybe their 3rd review on FB. Anyway, I decided to do some digging and could not find a policy and neither could the health inspector or the lovely DHEC employee who replied to my email. As a business owner and RN, I understand and respect policies and I am great at looking them up, but I cannot understand why they didn't just apologize and say it was a house rule. No where else we went that night mentioned it, which is what made me do the digging in the first place. You do not yell at customers no matter what the circumstance and I stand behind that statement in my original post. They have contradicted themselves in their posts and have ingenuine apologies aimed at me and not for me.
